- Kennedy Ruffner was born on April 2, 2008 with a rare disorder called Sacrococcygeal Teratoma (SCT). Her chances for survival were questionable but we had our faith in God that she would make it. She is our miracle child, and we know that she is in this world to bless so many people.

We Thank You so much for the gifts and especially kind words. There were other gifts given to us anonymously. To all of you, God Bless You! Precious is doing well, and we love her to bits and pieces. We do cherish each and every moment with her. We have been doing this loving job for so long, and it is very sad when they leave, either by relocating or by passing on. We thank God for all the blessings, especially the ones yet to come.
The journey your family has taken through Kennedy's successes is so moving; so many accomplishments for such a tiny, little girl! The love that has seen her through her recovery is powerful and undeniable. That you have more love to share with others is incredible!!
